REFUND POLICY

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

At Nesh Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or store credit within 05 days of receiving the product, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • The original invoice must be included

  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Any shipping or handling charges paid at the time of purchase are not refundable

Important Notes on Product Variations

Minor variations in color, fabric texture, stitching, fit, buttons, zippers, or thread shade may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing batches. These are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for free returns.

However, if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivery, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange after verification.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund

  • Replacement items will be shipped only after the original item is received and approved

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Our team will share return instructions and shipping details

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the invoice

  4. Ship the product back using a trackable courier service

  5. Once received and inspected, your return or exchange will be processed

Nesh Global is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

  • Customized or altered products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards
