At Nesh Global, we do not offer free returns on issues such as variations in color, fit, buckles, thread color, and leather cuts as they are natural characteristics of leather products and should not be considered manufacturing defects. However, if there is a defect in the product that is a result of a manufacturing issue, we will gladly accept returns and offer a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the original invoice.

Affix the return shipping label to the package and ship it back to us.

Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
